Is sunshine a non-lethal ordnance?

Though I'm already familiar with The Sunshine Project, I was amused when my comics dealer emailed me their non-lethal ordnance catalog. Maybe he doesn't know they are a watchdog group or maybe he's branching out, first Dragon Shields, then porno graphic novels, and finally 25 mm pepper balls.

What a dick!
